In Brief
We are an Athens based,Architecture Studio that places people at the heart of our work. Our studio creates bespoke spaces that are carefully considered, commercially astute, and are designed to make every interaction meaningful to the people who encounter them. Each of our projects are brought to life through analytical insights, creativity and collaboration , resulting in highly crafted spaces with strong elements of personalisation, material innovation and bold modern style. Founded in 2020 by Lefteris Maris architect who among with his team are fully experienced in high end architectural projects,certificated in international architectural excibitions ,luxury villas and residences ,hotels and resorts,interior design and landscaping,working in close collaboration with internationally renowned brands, property developers and private clients.

We combine architecture, interiors, products and furniture to create spaces that enrich the environments in which they are situated, and the experience and lives of those who interact with them. Our work encompasses the full range of project scales from interiors to community development. We integrate research of sustainable materials and building systems to ensure a balance between the natural and the built environment. Through our experience and strong appreciation of teamwork we are able to effectively communicate with all parties involved for successful project fruition.

Design team
Lefteris Maris / Founder - Lead Architect
Lefteris Maris was born in Athens, Greece in 1988. He studied Architecture at the university ‘’Gabrielle D’Annunzio’’ of Pescara,Italy (2015) with the highest rate of 106/110. He has already started his practice and collaboration with Italian and Greek architects in Rome(IT) and in Athens(GR) in 2014. At the same time, he participates in the School of Architecture of Pescara, in workshops as an assistant architect in many projects. In 2016 he participated in the international exhibition of Biennale in Venice, ''La Biennale'', with the innovative project ‘’Agricultural Production Unit ’’ Urban planning and ecologic design, representing the membership of Greek Architects. In 2017 he participated in the team of Delta Architects as an architect and designer for the brand new hotel resort ‘’Mayia Exclusive Resort’’ in Rhodes island and in many other high end projects. One of his recent projects is completed in 2018 , is the construction and design of a Luxury Boutique Hotel ‘’Bisaltae’’ in Kavala,Greece. He is experienced and specialized in Landscape, Residences and Villas, Hotel and Resorts,Commercial and Educational spacies,Interior design,Yacht design,and much more.
